The rebates are great and the online site was smooth. As well as the delivery came on time (I think it may have been early) and the paper works just fine.

We have been happy with the quality of the Staples multipurpose paper. We use it mostly for copiers and printers. No problems here!

When I first received the paper in the mail the box was wet and the paper packages were ripped. I complained to you and was sent replacement paper. I was pleased that I was sent the paper because the paper I had originally ordered was unusable ( is that even the right word to use( I do not know)).

This copy paper is great for the average copying at home plus it had a rebate which was nice. The rebate process was easy to do on line.
