I like the paper a lot - it never jams! - but what I want to comment on is the service in the Fox Chapel store. Matt pointed out that there was a great sale price on the paper if I bought five packs rather than four and then carried the box of paper out to my car. (I’m small and a senior citizen.) Terrific customer service!
