Not next day delivery as promised but over a week to have an on-line order delivered and there is still no explanation as to why it took so long for a simply order to be completed.

This is a good basic 8.5 x 11 sheet for general office use. We use it in our Brother multifunction laser printer and it works great never jams or sticks.
