It’s a standard self inking stamper. Only wish I’d realized it isn’t easily refilled. I didn’t think to ask that question when I ordered; when I did at pick up the staff person said most people just order a new one as it is very difficult to remove case.

This is the paper that I have used for years for just about everything except formal correspondence (where I use a heavier weight paper). Using this paper on my multi function printer I get clear bright colors and clear black and white print. When it is on sale it is a very good bargain. I highly recommend it.
