I think Staples brand paper is just as high quality as brand name. I buy all my printer paper from Staples and plan to continue to do so.

OK copy/printer/multipurpose paper of a given weight is from my point of view basically a commodity item. Long ago I had experience with some that caused printer jams much more than others but that's been quite a few years now. This paper generally feeds fine and it accepts ink from my inkjet printer just fine as well. I'd take it most any time; for some purposes I prefer a heavier paper weight but for everyday printing this is great. But what sets it apart is the price. Normally this is priced reasonably competitively. But quite often Staples is using it as a loss leader it seems with coupons that knock some off the price. Sometimes they knock a LOT off the price sometimes just some. But then a lot of the time they have a rebate that brings it down to near nothing (plus of course the tax on the full price). You let them have the use of your few dollars for 6 weeks & they give you the paper almost free. Usually worth buying even without the rebate but with the rebate it's a GREAT deal.
