Good Sturdy Pad

The front and back covers are very sturdy. Large rings make the pages easy to turn Each page is perforated so they can be removed cleanly without those annoying ring hole tears. The pages are pre-punched for insertion into a three ring binder.The right and left borders have red lines for side notes. There ninety five pages in the notebook each wit thirty five line which translates to three thousand three hundred twenty five lines available to write on The lines are spaced one forth of an inch apart. The pad also comes with a clear pocket page suitable for storing important papers. .

what can I say it's a notebook it has white paper with blue lines and they were held together with some sort of spiral metal band. You use paper by writing on it with a pencil or a pen you can probably buy these at Staples as well if you pull the paper part you can put them together with a staple.

I bought this notebook for my husband who went back to grad school. It is great quality! We used to buy the cheapy $1 notebooks but these last SOOOOO much better! The plastic cover is much better than the paper ones which rip opp in his backpack and the spiral binding is extreley sturdy (I even noticed a difference in the store when we were looking at the notebooks because it is so much sturdier and harder to bend.) And if you need the pages to rip out like my husband does they rip out really cleanly

I love these notebooks and use them all the time. They are the perfect size. They are extremely durable and handle beautifully.
