Sturdy and Affordable

I purchases this notebook for my daughter to use in her college class. It is very sturdy and was very affordable. It is holding up extremely well. She carries it outdoors and in her bookbag and shows very little signs of use other than pages being written on. The paper is nice quality also. Holds up to her many erasure attempts! The metal spiral binding is not flimsy either. There is a poly inside pocket which is already full and is holding up much better than expected.

I purchased this notebook to track my food intake in connection with a diabetes prevention program. I had to draw some vertical lines to form columns. The notebook well serves my reasonn for buying it.

Choose this Staples brand notebook over the other more costly brands. The paper is high quality the cover durable and the front inside plastic pocket is perfect for organizing the loose stuff that always falls out of your notebook.
