My daughter wanted different colored notebooks for each class. I wanted notebooks the covers wouldn't fall off of. We both got what we wanted.

worth the extra money

These notebooks cost more but are so worth it! The spiral doesn't come undone and snag your clothes and the poly cover stays on the whole year. These are the only notebooks my kids use. I always stock up in the summer when they are on sale.
