it's a notebook

what can I say it's a notebook it has white paper with blue lines and they were held together with some sort of spiral metal band. You use paper by writing on it with a pencil or a pen you can probably buy these at Staples as well if you pull the paper part you can put them together with a staple.

Overpriced spiral notebook

I simply cannot wrap my head around the fact that simply because this notebook has a poly cover the price is outrageously high.

Perfect size notebook & college rule

Needed a place to record daily notes reminders research and media references. Spiral pages easy maneuvering. Paper weight good and firm spiral connection and easy turning. Great colors make ID quick.

The Poly Cover helps it last longer!

I like the poly cover better than anything. It holds up to being thrown around put in and out of bags and is a sleeker notebook.
