Very flimsy. Good for one time use for jotting things down or flash cards for kids. Not durable

4" X 6" unruled white index cards

These cards are very handy for small notes. I used to use these when I attended High school amazingly they were only a few cents for a hundred. Couldn't believe they could go up I price that much but then everything else has so why not. The quality of the product is good. I thought the unruled ones would be less than the ruled ones but not so. The years go by quickly it's been 42 since I graduated but it's still nice to jot down notes on these 4 X 6 cards. Everyone should take a memory trip back to school and appreciate the tools we used then and the prices we paid then. However the quality we have now is also appreciated.

Just what the instructor ordered!

In a pharmacology course we (students) were required to make cards on hundreds of medication. These cards worked wonderfully to hold all the needed information. I then found several other uses for the cards as a result. They were printer-friendly for the thickness and did not create jams. There was no "paper-dust" from the edges. They were packaged in sections which kept the unused ones protected for future use. I will buy more in the future!

Index cards aint what they used to be

I was going to use these for post cards for a non-profit mailing as I already had my printer set up to take this size and didn't want to buy the post card templates and have to update my card. Unfortunately when I got home and opened them up I discovered that index cards aren't made out of the heavier card stock like they used to be. Way too flimsy to expect them to go through the Post Office machines so I had to do what I usually do and cut them out of card stock - 3 to a sheet - time intensive but best I could manage at that point. Anyone need 500 index cards w/out lines?

Keep stocking these for old-timers sake

I worry that the index card may go the way of the typewriter before I finish my major book project. You do a great service to all us old-timers by keeping these 4 x 6 cards in stock!

These are wonderful! They are high quality card-stock. Easy to flip through and they don't get dog eared edges or bend. Perfect for many business personal or craft uses!

Too Thin

These are very thin index cards - not much thicker than regular paper. It takes 3 or 4 of them to be as stiff as index cards used to be.
