Too thin

These index cards are barely thick enough to be categorized as cards. I would describe them more as heavy paper.

Good to make recipe cards

I use these unruled index cards to print out my own recipe cards. Then I use clear self-adhesive protective film to laminate it.

I use these cards for a variety of reasons and I was still disappointed that I had to buy a 500 count pack instead of a 100 count pack. I did save money this way and I always love that!

Staples 4"x 6" Unruled White Index Cards

I compile area obituaries on these 4 x 6 cards and type across the top NAME DEATH DATE AND LOCAL PAPER NAME. I have these complete for at least 50 years and all are filed alphabetical with women also filed by maiden name. I presently have in excess of 10 000 obits and have been buying the cards from Staples for years.

Cards were in stock and in good condition at staples other office stores in the area didn't have the right selection when we finally found them at another site there was one package which had been opened and some had been removed. It was a good thing we found a staples store close by. They had plenty of packages and all were unopened and in pristine condition no corners bent. From now on we'll be making staples our first & last stop.
