As I was leaving not having found my item he asked what I was looking for I described it. He knew immediately what I needed and asked an employee to show me where item was located.. that's what I like Beverly hills treatment in Glendale!If you had a Kiosk at front of store entrance with all products listed by name and-or photo we all could just tap into it find out product and follow directions to product. Some stores in Europe have this already. Saves time and frustration for all.

I use 3x5 cards to make my various "To Do" lists but I prefer the brighter colors. They are easier for me to find in my purse. Otherwise these cards are okay.
