Excellent paper. Would like to buy 100% recycled. The 30% is my compromise. Any way to get recycled paper to be less expensive???

This paper is of very good quality and thickness for containing such a high value of recycled materials. Have had no issues with jamming even our terribly sensitive copy machine

UPS damages/splits open cases & reams

I am very tired of 90% of the cases of paper I purchase online from your company coming split open ream envelopes split open orange streaks on the edges of the paper within and even boot-prints on the edges of the split open ream envelopes. It is rediculous you cannot provide proper shipping so items arrive as advertised. I truely do not recommend your company or products to other business or personal contacts for this reason alone. One time I complained and the phone tech said I would never have UPS as the carrier for my orders. She lied. Every time since that call it is the same. UPS and smashed up boxes and contents. Shame on you all...
