Nice white wood finish and fits with other furniture in the den. Easy to assemble but my only grip is there are no instructions on how to remove the drawers. I couldn't lift the box in came in so opened it pealed back the top and bottom and removed the cardboard. Took awhile to figure out how the drawers are removed from from the runners--one "clip" is pushed up and the other side is pushed down and they easily slip off the runners. Instructions for that should be included. With the drawers removed I could lift the body and move it so I could install the wheel sets.

Delivered undamaged so that is always a good start. Well finished veneer over heavy MDF makes this heavy but very attractive. It comes assembled except for wheels so if you have to move it be ready to get assistance. I prefer the weight over flimsy noisy metal cabinets. Drawer slides are also smooth and quiet. I give it 4 stars only because one of the holes for the drawer pulls was off a tiny bit and misaligned with the pull. I just tweaked the hole a little with a drill bit. Enough of a problem if you are not equipped to troubleshoot it.

I had to get a replacement immediately. Somehow while getting the handles and casters out of the drawers to install the track on the main file drawer broke. As soon as I had screwed in the last screw for the casters and tried to open the main drawer I found that I could not. I had to immediately remove the screws and attempt to get it back in the box. Thankfully UPS was able to pick it up from my apartment and I received a replacement the next day. I'm doubtful of how long it will last but it gets the job done right now for what I need.
