I use rubber bands for many a project. They are great for holding small amounts and large amounts of items. Some of things I use them for are to corral all my pencils and pens. I place them within a small snack or sandwich bag and place a rubber band around them and when we need to use one they are all in the same place rather than all over the drawer. I also use them for my Christmas Birthday Anniversary etc cards. I am part of the social ministry at my church and I send out the above mentioned cards so again it keeps them within the box in nice groups so I am not always searching through the cards. This is just an example of rubber band usage.
I like your company Staples. As I travel your stores are always nearby. The store is clean and organized to find what I need quickly. The staff is always helpful and there is always someone to help with a question or find a product I am looking for. However there rubber bands are a product I use everyday. There is always a handful of them in my pocket. There are used to band up small items that are to be returned to my company's warehouse. This items performance is important enough to me that I will go out of my way to purchase a product that will work well. These rubber band are poor. They are stiff they don't stretch far enough and they snap easily. Your competitors do not they stretch 400% longer without breaking. So when I need office supplies; tonier copy paper staples paper clips pens markers packing tape ect... I find myself going where I can get to good rubber bands and usually getting my other supplies there too. Have you lost a customer no but I do a lot less with Staples than I used to.
The product is well worth the cost and the amount you get. The only real thing I found wrong with rubber bands is that some of them break when you pull em out. Which it only happens every 15 or so. I would recommend this product to any of my friends or family even to a complet stranger shopping at staples.
These rubber bands don't stretch enough and they break easily. After trying an other similar product I now go out of my way to purchase them because the performance is so much better. They stretch and don't break. Your rubber bands stretch to a point and just don't go any further. At this point they usually snap and break. I buy a more than rubber bands for business. But the rubber bands are used for binding up product that I have to return to the home warehouse. If I have to go out of my way to get a product that performs well I'll usually get other supplies there as well paper tonier envelopes pens and tape.
