Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate, but I've purchased similar Command hooks before and use them all around the house. I like the fact that they can be used immediately when stuck to a clean surface, and they removed cleanly as well, leaving no marks on your walls or hanging surface. I used this one in the garage to hang a mop and it works beautifully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Should have bought sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received one(1) Command Brand Large Designer Hook from 3M Command Brand to evaluate and submit a review.
I installed my hook to hang a wire basket on a wall in my garage. This basket holds my smaller hand tool for gardening, i.e., trowels, clippers, prongs, hose nozzles, etc.
The installation instructions are super easy. I followed the installations instructions as directed on the back of the package it came in. My hook installed perfectly!

After waiting an hour I placed my wire basket on the hook and put my gardening tools in one by one.
I must say I am super pleased with the 3M hook not only because it held the basket and all the tools I put in it but because I was able to choose exactly where I wanted my basket to hang without having to find a stud, use nails or screws or damage the drywall!
My husband is a builder contractor and not easily convinced that something beside a bracket that is installed using wood screws or toggle bolts can be used to install anything in a wall! Well, the 3M hook changed his mind that day! He even tested it himself by placing heavier items (hammers, screwdrivers, etc) in the wire basket and then shaking it. The hook didn't budge!
To sum up my review I would highly recommend any of the 3M Command Brand Damage-Free Hanging hooks. In fact, I have already purchased some smaller ones for some items I want to hang in my pantry and kitchen.
Thank you 3M for the opportunity to try your product. It's a winner for sure!

Great for my craft room!

I have so many craft projects going that this keeps me organized and doesn't make extra holes in my walls. I have since purchased 12 more!!!! Fantastic product! This is so much cheaper than fixing holes in the walls. My husband is a happy man, no extra work!

One Strong Hook

It is a strong hook. I know that I can take it off with ease and it won't leave a mark. I highly recommend this hook!

Very handy hanging solution

Easy to mount to any clean surface, holds rated weights sturdily. I used the large hook I received on the back of my bathroom door for a heavy terrycloth robe. Performed so well in the warm, humid conditions that I went and bought some more in other sizes to use in other places where I had been desiring some hanging storage.
Since the product came with two adhesive strips, after a week I tried removing the first one - came off cleanly while following the instructions on the package.
I will say that I found it easier to remove the mounting plate from the hook, and apply it along with the adhesive strip directly to the area, then mounting the hook after properly pressuring the adhesive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Be careful with wall prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have had a Command product fail that was provided to me free by 3M. I cleaned the wall with alcohol, and the back of the hanger, as usual. After I hung a lithograph from the hanger everything looked fine.
The next day I walked into the room to find the lithograph on the floor with the Command Hook on the floor next to it.

Great for item we didn't know where to store!
