Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils came at the perfect time, right before school starts! My kids tested these out as soon as we got them and they LOVE them! One of my daughters is a leftie and she thought this was definitely one of the best pencils she has ever written with! She liked that it also felt very sturdy.

The "Superman" of Mechanical Pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Husband and kids are crazy for the new BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils. My daughter is crazy for the colors, and they both love the comfort grip and the size of the pencil. And my husband has already replaced his favorite pencil with a new yellow Velocity. The 3 most popular reasons with everyone in my house are the ease of reloading, the lead does not push back into the barrel as you write, and those little erasers really deliver, eliminating the mark, without destroying the paper. I am impressed with the strength of the lead. It doesn't snap or bend when you write, and it doesn't over feed when you advance it. I also feel like the lead last longer, so you need less to write more. I figured because of all these features, these pencils would be a treat in our house, but when we went to get school supplies, I was shocked that their price is in line with other pencils, and doesn't make them an extravagant purchase. This will be the new go-to pencil in our house and in my kids backpacks.

BIC velocity mechanical pencil has me excited to write

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really pleasantly surprised by the new BIC Velocity mechanical pencil. I thought that all mechanical pencils were the same but I Was completely happy and surprised to be wrong. First off the bright colors make them fun for all ages to use. The built in grips make writing comfortable. The sturdy design makes them feel more like you are writing with a pen and the lead is amazingly strong. The writing is actually better than a standard pencil because you have the never dulling sharp thin lines of the mechanical pencil and the darker smoothness of a regular pencil. So it is the best of both combined into one. I was able to write for a considerable amount of time before having to advance more lead and it would work great for standardized tests where a #2 pencil was required. I got mine free through BuzzAgent. #GOTITFREE The new BIC Velocity mechanical pencil is going on our school supply list in place of regular pencils

Great Mechanical Pencils!

The bright colors are appealing, the leads are very strong and I am able to write smoothly. I have been using them for all of my lists. letters and notes since I opened the package!

The Perfect Back to School Pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the PERFECT back to school pencil...or for work...or even at home! They write easily and smoothly...and they just look super cool! The lead is not constantly breaking like some others...and they have super soft grips to save your fingers and erasers to correct those mistakes!

They write smoothly and erase easily without a lot of pressure. We are really happy with these and can't wait to share them with others.
