[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Get back to loving writing again. This pencil fits nicely in your fingers and has a smooth feel to it. If you love bright things this will top them all. These mechanical pencils are bright and will stand out from the rest. These pencils came at the perfect time as the kids are headed back to school. Now they will get to try these out. An added bonus, you will no longer have to worry about finding a number 2 pencil for those tests that require a Scantron....these pencils are compatible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These went right to my 4th Grader to test out. He loves mechanical pencils and says these are really good. He also found out that you can take the squishy part off and exchange it with one from another pencil in another color. This gave him a bunch of customized 2 tone mechanical pencils, which must be something exciting to your average 4th grader. He thought it was pretty cool. Also, it writes very well and he can no easily do his homework! A plus for me, not so much for him- he's a homework hater!

Not a mechanical pencil person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally use a mechanical pencil but was excited to try these. I was hoping they would be different than the ones I have tried before. However, they were the same except for one difference. The erase was fantastic. The bright colors were appealing, but I do not like the way it writes. The point is too sharp resulting in broken lead or ripped paper. I found that in order to prevent this, I would have to write more on an angle, which was not comfortable to me. I also found that the lead would easily retract. It did not matter if I had a new piece of lead or not, it did this. I will stick with traditional pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are definitely more durable than so many other mechanical pencils. The lead is strong and writes really nice. The bright colors add a splash of life to the dreary homework scene. The eraser doesn't do as good a job of erasing as I'd like, but with so many fun erasers available these days, it really isn't too big an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils new comfort grip is great. My kiddos loved the bright colors. My 10 year old son said his classmates were curious where had had gotten them. He like the soft comfort grip and the eraser. My 7 year old loved the bright colors. The only complaint she had was that it was a little to big for her little hands. But other than that she liked that the eraser did a great job removing her mistakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family loves these pencils. 2 clicks is all the lead you need for coloring or writing notes. My 4yr old was evening scribbling quite hard and the tip never broke. The lead is dark and easy to read and the eraser was like magic! Worked perfect. I like how it came with extra lead and erasers too. It was easy to hold because of the grip. My husband even brought some to work and he can clip it to his shirt pocket. I recommend the Bic Velocity to anyone.
