Why are BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils the perfect accessory heading into the new school year?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that they never need sharpening like standard #2 pencils do. And with all the cool colors available, the smooth and refillable leads and the fact that the strong lead erases cleanly, they’re perfect for tests and note taking!

Great Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mechanical pencils are very well made. My kids were so excited to try them out. I like the fact that the package included refills as well. The writing is smooth and the pencils are comfortable to hold. They come in fun colors that my kids enjoyed. The eraser is awesome. It erases smoothly and completely. I overall enjoyed using these pencils and so did my kids. Because of the great quality, I fell these pencils will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why had someone never thought to provide replaceable erasers before? When I opened the package I thought- DUH! I mean seriously who doesn't go through their erasers faster than the pencil refills? I love that mechanical pencils feel like a pen in your hand but write like a pencil so you can easily correct any mistakes. This is the perfect package for back to school!

Smooth lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old daughter was thrilled to try out the new pencils. She loved the that it came with the extra erasers! As she was writing a story for me she stated that she liked that the lines are smooth when she is writing. She said that sometimes when she is writing with her regular #2 pencils she feels like her writing is "bumpy". She also thought the colors that they came in were fun. When she used the eraser she was happy that it erased so well and didn't leave a trace of the writing she had completed. She is really excited to use them at school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to use pencils for my work. I am often outside in the winter and pens freeze up here in Chicago. I have always used mechanical pencils because I don't want to carry a sharpener around should the tip break. These are awesome! I have passed them out to all of my co workers telling them I got them from bzzagent. I have tried many mechanical pencils from the cheap to the expensive and this is the brand I will be buying from now on for sure! This pencil has made my life so much easier!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Break easier than regular pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were great for my eleven year old, who no longer presses too hard during writing , but not so much for my four year old, who is just too young. They come in a nice variety of colors. Overall we like them, but do not love them.

Love these pencils!

They loved the colors, the caps on the erasers, they erased really well and the lead did not break easily. These are now their "go to" pencils. If they need to write anything they grab these first and on one occasion, by son even used one to doodle just so he could use it. These will definitely be on the back to school shopping list!
