Cute mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils are really cute and bright. I think they are a nice quality but not over the top great. Neither of my kids is willing to swap them for their favorite mechanical pencils. In a side-by-side comparison, there isn't much difference in the size or shape of the pencils, just the clicking mechanism. I also think the gripping area is more narrow. Both of them are lefties and I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Great Pencils! Clean Eraser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this pencils none stop at work for weeks now. I love the eraser mostly. I mean - lead is lead - but erasers can sometimes leave marks or residue - these pencils are clean and provide an empty space once used. I have recommended them to many people and have given a few away to co-workers during meetings. Where we work they always buy us the cheapest pencils and we fly through them because the lead breaks, erasers don't work well and so on. These have been a wonderful change of pace in the office!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolute love the BIC Velocity pencils. They write and draw with smooth, dark lines. Other pencils are light and you often have to press harder, leading to lots of broken lead. The lead on these mechanical pencils last quite a while. Each package also comes with extra lead and erasers. The pencils erase very well, leaving almost no marks at all. They are comfortable to hold in your hand. They also come in a variety of colors, which make them even more fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, back to school time. New clothes, backpacks, and most importantly new school supplies! One of the newest supplies for my kids was the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. Not only were the colors great, the packaging was cool too. Very easy to find in major retailers everywhere at a decent price. After a week of use, my kids raved about these pencils. They both loved how they wrote, as well as how they erased (which they do a lot of during the day). They said the pencils wrote much smoother than other mechanical pencils they have used in the past. They also liked the softer grip, which is important since my son holds on to his pencil very tightly when he writes. This is a great product that kids will enjoy using and the price is right for parents!

I like how they almost look like a pen. I have to say I was a little disappointed, I thought they were going to be mechanical colored pencils. Still a really good quality product.

My sons were really excited to open the packaging and start writing with them. They do write smooth and erasing was not a problem at all.
