[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical. Its fun and appealing. It has an easy grip and the lead just glides on the paper as you write. It is the best mechanical pencil that I've ever used. The only con is that the eraser could do a little better erasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my BIC Velocity mechanical Pencils. I am constantly in work meetings where I must take heavy notes. I reply on mechanical pencils to make adjustments to my notes and because I know I'll never have to deal with dull lead and the hassle of finding a sharpener in the middle of a meeting. The lead that comes with the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils is awesome, it's the thing of super strength. While using other pencils, I am constantly breaking the lead and having to pump out more. Not with BIC Velocity, I love this because it makes the lead go a long way! Aside from the benefit of strong lead and wonderfully smooth and hard working erasers, BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are comfortable to hold and stylish. I don't end up with half the amount of hand cramps when using BIC Velocity. It's my new go-to pencil for work and otherwise.

I gave her 3 of these to try at the beginning of her school year this year. She really likes them and how they write. The size is just right for her. I like how they came with extra lead AND erasers. She says they write better than the ones we had used last year( some off brand). The lead is strong and writes very cleanly with little smearing. Smearing is something we dealt with in the past because my child is a lefty. She'd always have lead from writing on her hand. We really like the product and plan to purchase more in the near future.

My kids didn't put these pencils down, they were excited to do their homework and I loved seeing how easy it was to correct mistakes by easily erasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teens have had a chance to use the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. Out of 6 children 3 are in high school and each got their own pack. The first comment from them was sweet comes with extra erasers and lead. After the first week all three of them are excited still and liking that the lead is not too thick at 0.7mm that you get thick lines but it is thick enough to not break with the slightest pressure. One daughter was even using the pencil on canvas and it could handle the rough texture of that without being destroyed. Thank you BIC for making a mechanical pencil that is worthy of even an artist.

Even I have snagged one up for all my household lists. I love that they love taking these pencils to school and using them on tests, one of my babes calls this her lucky pencil!
