[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are great refillable lead pencils! The lead is VERY strong and quite hard to break. They have a great grip/ finger holder and come in a bunch of fun colors! Additionally, I love how long the lead lasts, perfect for my kids school work and art!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC again has proven why they are the best pencil and pen maker. The new velocity mechanical pencils are not only colorful but very durable as well. The tone of the lead is much darker on paper then any other mechanical pencil we have used. It also erases very well. The lead comes off easily and more cleaner, leaving none on the paper. The lead is also stronger which has caused less breaks then usually occur with mechanical pencils. All of these reasons are why my family is going to make it an must have school supply this year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] School is starting soon, and I can check pencils off my list. My son only uses mechanical pencils throughout the school year, so these are perfect for him. The look of these pencils is very stylish and cool. It comes in various bright colors. Orange is my favorite. It has a good grip, so your fingers won't get tired quickly. It writes so smooth and dark. The lead is a good size. It is not easy to break, and you don't have to worry about writing gently...this pencil can take it! It is strong! The eraser doesn't leave ugly marks, either. It also comes with a refill. As a BzzAgent, I received this for free from BIC in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always preferred mechanical pencils over regular pencils. My pencil of choice has always been whatever is cheapest but in the end, you always get what you pay for. When you reach for the cheap story brand pencil, you can expect for it to break or have really breakable lead. After trying out BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils, I will never buy anything else. These pencils are amazing. They are comfortable to hold and the lead is durable. They look and feel like an expensive pen. An added bonus is the extra lead and erasers. The eraser caps are also a plus! From now on I will never reach for another mechanical pencil. Thanks BIC!

Mechanical Writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils from BzzAgent. These mechanical pencils are the bomb. They have super smooth lead that makes it easier for writing, and doing tests. Also they erase really clean and leave no marks. My daughter Autumn really likes them and she takes them to school with her. She said that she didn't want to use any other kind of pencils. Parents need to add these mechanical pencils to their children's must have list for school. Money well worth spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are the best mechanical pencils on the market! They are comfortable to hold and smooth to write with. Also, I don't have to worry about pencil tips breaking off in my bag or the kids' backpacks. Another nice thing is they are in different colors so no arguing over which pencil belongs to which kid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils are great! The lead advances easily from the pencil. The lead writes smoothly does not tug or tear the paper. The lead is easy to replace in the pencil as well. The pencils write dark but erase easily. These will be great for me to use when I start nursing school this fall!! Makes writing with a pencil fun! I'm left handed and the writing didn't smear onto my hand either;)
