They felt comfortable in my hand while writing and had a good grip. The pencils wrote smoothly as well. The colors that the pencils came in were fun. My daughters enjoyed using them too. Overall, I would buy this pencil and highly recommend them to others.

I really like that something so simple could make them happy. What my kids really enjoy is the pigmentation of the pencils is the perfect color. My teens said this is what they look for when they are working on school projects. They love the simple look with bright colors and eraser works great. It gives me peace of mind to know what works best for them.

As soon as she received my package she put them to use... and she LOVES them sooo much, NEW PENCILS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR!! She says they write so smooth and the lead is strong when she writes firmly. They are a HIT!! and the variety of color they come in is super fun. I think anyone who loves mechanical pencils will love these. She has been working on homework ever since so I am a HAPPY MOM!! So I am going to let her review what she thinks about the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils. I am the daughter and I just wanted to say that these are really nice cool pencils that will help me write and draw better at home and at school. I think the colors are fun and that the grip really helps you write better and neater. I like that it has lead under the erasure and it is so easy to remove and add more lead to the pencil, and I break lead with my heavy pushing I can just click and out comes more. I really like this mechanical pencil and I told Mom that this is the one I will like her to buy for me. I have enough to share with friends and that will be fun too.
