i'm a picky pencil user and this rates pretty well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using pentel p207 pencils for over 20 years since college. I am pretty picky about mechanical pencils. I prefer .7mm lead and the weight of metal pencil and simple ridged grip of this pencil. I gave the BIC velocity pencils a try and was pleasantly surprised. Usually plastic mechanical pencils feel very cheap. The grip was good. I actually didn't mind the cushy feel. I enjoyed not having to remove a cap to get to the eraser. I loved the color options! I will definitely use these as an alternative to my standard. The BIC pencil didn't fit easily in my planner pencil holder -- too fat and grip got in the way. But I will use these around the house and in the car.

Great Pencils!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils are my favorite pencils these days! I absolutely love them. I do not recommend them for small children though. Pushing too hard on the erasers when erasing will cause the pencil tip to come out too far leading to breaking. Also, pushing too hard when writing and breaking the tips easily. BUT I love, love, love these for myself and my daughter. They come in bright colors they have refills for the erasers so always have them handy. I really recommend them so try it and the best is #IGotItFree

Feel of a pen, freedom of a pencil!

Pretty pencils, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We, me and my little one loves these BIC velocity mechanical pencils. These pencils are great. They are so pretty in color. They will brighten your day especially the kids at school early in the morning. They are easy to use, easy to refill lead and eraser. The best part of them is there is no sharpening required so they are always ready to use and the kids don't have to be looking for their sharpener like my little usually is. They write nice and soft, glides. My little one use them to draw. They are comfortable in the hand to hold because of the soft grip around the pencils, it's my little ones favorite thing about them. They erase clean if you write light but not if you write deep. These pencils can be used to take test too just like #2 pencils. They are a great product for a trusted brand like BIC. I and my little are happy to have this opportunity to try this product BIC velocity mechanical pencils for free thanks to BIC.

Great Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best mechanical pencils my family and I have used. They look more like a pen than a pencil and they come in bright colors. I like that the tip looks more like a pen to keep the lead from breaking and the lead erases easily.

Great mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are by far the best mechanical pencils i have ever used. My kids absolutely love them and cant wait to use them at school. They have cool colors and the eraser erases very clean. I will feel great knowing my kids are using these at school and producing clean work everyday. The lead is very smooth and makes writing very fun. If your looking for strong reliable pencils these are the ones to get.Bic you did it again great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pencils work great. It was comfortable in my hand while writing. I figured it would be like other mechanical pencils but these seems to be stonger. My son loves to draw and he loves that the pencil lead doesnt break all the time on him!
