BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I don't mind using these pencils. I don't usually use pencils at work, so I'm trying something new for this. I've been using them for 2 days. They write very clean and the lead seems very strong, it hasn't broken yet. I like the way the pencil itself feels, it's easy to hold and write with. I don't really like the eraser thus far, it's doesn't seem to erase cleanly. I am going to continue to use them and try a different pencil in the pack to see if maybe I just got a bum eraser on this one. I will be purchasing these for my son to use in school. He loves mechanical pencils and I think these would be great for him. I personally don't like 0.7mm/medium lead or ink and would prefer 0.5mm/fine but I think most people would like these. I will post another review after using the pencils for awhile longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just in time for back to school! I was excited when i saw the BIC Velocity pencils! They come in beautiful colors! I have been testing these pencils out! I have been using BIC for years and have used a lot of mechanical pencils in my day but these, I have to say are my favorite! they write smoother and the lead is darker doesnt break easily. But the fact they have a lot of lead and comes with an extra eraser for all 5 pencils in the package is pretty awesome,! favorite thing about these is the built in grip! They are so easy to hold these! Ok, maybe I am putting too much pressure on these pencils now... hahhahsh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used them and my son gave he rest to my son to have for school. He is very excited to use them at school. I really like them because they are smooth and very easy to write with. The other mechanical pencils I've used, the lead breaks really easy. (I'm a hard writer apparently), but since I've been using the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils I have not broken a single one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are awesome! I'm usually not a fan of mechanical pencils, no matter what brand. These are way different than what I'm used to using. Easy to hold, pretty to look at, and with the added bonus of extra lead and erasers in each pack. This product has definitely changed the way I feel about mechanical pencils! They may be the only brand I ever buy from now on. Five stars from me, and my elementary and middle school boys love them as much as I do. We're buying these for the upcoming school year for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really excited to try these new Velocity pencils out! opened them as soon as I got them and began to write. I have a pen/pencil fetish. I love them. I love that they are bright and colorful and that you get extra lead and erasers in the package. Most mechanical pencils, you have a hard time trying to find the refills. These pencils do write really smoothly. I am excited for my kids to use them back to school. I also work in a school and am excited to see how durable they will be in the classroom!!!

Comfy Pencils! My daughter loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has been using these pencils, mainly for drawing. She loves the comfy grip, says the eraser works well, and she says the leads breaks less than other mechanical pencils she has tried. Big hit! Will definitely buy these for school!

My daughter was so excited to try these out because that is all that she uses is mechanical pencils. she said not only did they look appealing but they really did write smooth when he wrote with them. She said she will use them all school year.
