[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when I received the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils. When my son saw I had new pencils he took one. He likes writing with mechanical pencils but the lead breaks very easy with other pencils. With the Bic Velocity pencils the metal tip supports the lead so it does not break easily. The pencils are easy to use, have grips, stronger barrel, refillable lead and come in many colors. What a great pencils for everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pencils!! The tip doesn't break easy like most other mechanical pencils and the eraser is amazing it leaves no smudge marks. It writes super smooth and the lead lasts longer than other pencils. My daughter says this is her new favorite pencil. She is a high school Junior and shared the pencils with her friends and they love them too. They also love the fact they don't have to use standard wood pencils for tests.

When we received our free samples from BIC and BzzAgent she couldn't wait to try them out. We are saving the other package for back to school. The fun colors and the soft grip make the BIC Velocity fun and different. They write very smooth and are very comfortable to hold while using them. My 11 year old daughter has found her new favorite mechanical pencils thanks to BIC and BzzAgent.

She likes that they come in different pretty colors. She likes that they have rubber grips, its more comfortable for her fingers. With mechanical pencils she doesn't have to worry about getting up during class to sharpen a pencil. And its great that they came with a container of refillable lead. Would definitely purchase these pencils again! They are great compared to other pencils! Strong lead, smooth writing and erasers that erase very well.

My youngest loved the orange colored pencil, he took his to school on the first week of school and his little friend wanted to trade some stuff for the pencil cause his friend liked it so much. My oldest said that he loved the fact that it was easy to grip and didn't hurt his fingers when he had to write a report.

They write smoothly and don't tend to break easy...easy to refill and the eraser is good and erases very well. The price is very reasonable too!!! We will be purchasing these pencils in the future...knowing that they have the comfortable grip and the pencil writes smoothly, and erases easily. She says that they are so much easier to use and they write so much better than other Mechanical pencils that she has used.
