My daughter and I love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I each got a pack of 5 BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils. These pencils are awesome! I like how the end is sort of like a pen, and can retract back with the lead. The lead is super smooth! We used these with drawing too and it's pretty easy to sketch with! You can shade and even blend with these! One of the things I like the most is not only do you you get 5 pencils, you get a refill of the lead AND erasers! It's pretty much the perfect set for school, work, or play!!

She's in love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't just your run of the mill mechanical pencil. This is the top of the line, if there were such a thing, in 'clicky' pencils. At first glance, there isn't anything special - 5 colorful pencils, one extra barrel of .7mm lead, and a barrel of 5 eraser refills. Then, you open it. The first thing you notice is the grip. It's so soft, yet very supportive. The erasers also have a clear cap, which, for the kids, is kind of tough to get off (which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.) I also doesn't prevent the lead from being 'clicked' when it's on.
I write quite a bit, and so does my (left handed) 11 year old daughter. She and I both gave these pencils a test. The lead is smooth, so much more than I've ever used before. I'm not sure if it's the eraser or the lead, but when I made a mistake, there was no proof of it, unlike some other brands! According to my daughter, "the pencil is very easy to write with and when you erase things, the eraser erases all of it very well. I would like to use these. They are very squishy and comfortable to write with." After she had a turn, my 9 year old daughter gave them a try and said "can I keep this??" Haha. I think we have a winner.

Love them!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my children are very artistic. They love to draw on paper, in sketch pads, and on canvas. These pencils are strong and durable, plus erase cleanly so there is not a ton of wasted paper. Refillable so therefore reusable. They were very excited to receive them and try them out. Excited for the coming school year!

Perfect for anytime

A great mechanical pencil

So glad to join this mission since the kids are starting to get their back to school lists going and they love neat writing instruments. Velocity by Bic have a comfortable feel in the hand and write smoothly. I also like the fashion colors. I definitely would recommend them to others. Can't wait to share the bzz!

Kids love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my daughter a BIC Velocity pencil earlier and she loved it! She actually begged me for it. She sat and drew and wrote and was excited about it. There are several colors she can choose from and its perfect since school is right around the corner. The lead is pretty strong and doesn't break easily, also the eraser worked extremely well. You can't go wrong with this pencil! #Gotitfree #BICVelocity

An easy and exciting way to write

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Velocity mechanical pencils. Love the colors of the pencils and the way they write, it comes out so dark and smooth. Its also has a soft comfortable grip which I love for my daughter. She is always erasing and the fact that it erases clearly is a big plus for me. Perfect for test that the kids have every week and homework. Would really recommend everyone to use Velocity mechanical pencils.
