I handed out the coupons to parents before school started and was surprised to have several students come to school so proud that their parents used the coupons I gave them. Kids seem to be more responsible with mechanical pencils and I love these ones in particular. The lead is nice and strong and I love that they erase cleanly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love pencils. So when they received these, they tore open the package and started using them. I noticed how smooth it was to write with. My kids said they were easy to use and easy to find since they were very bright in color. Overall my kids and myself like the mechanical pencils better then the bic #2 lead pencils.

Only pencil my daughter uses

When I received the Bic mechanical pencils, she took every single one to school and now Bic is the only brand she uses. She ended up giving the other brands away to her friends to use. Bic is a very dependable brand for people of all ages. I am very impressed with the Bic brand

I have yet to break the lead in any of them that I have tried. My only disappointment is the eraser. It could be better, as it takes quite a few tries to erase mistakes. Overall my children and I love them. I received this product free for my review.

The pencils have only broken once! I am usually looking for new pencils or sitting with a pencil sharpener to get my work done. I am so excited about having these pencils to use this school year. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i think my son really likes to use the bic velocity mechanical pencils because they are easy and comfortable to hold . He sometimes get cramps in his hands when writing and he has said that hasn't happened with these pencils because they have a comfortable grippy . He has said that he likes the colors the ones that I usually bought him were either black or yellow and said they were boring .
