Good quality pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pencils!!! I love the fact that they come with extra lead and erasers. They write pretty dark and erase easily. The best part of course is not having to use a pencil sharpener! I've always been a fan of Bic products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 16 year old will only use mechanical pencils. He really likes these. He likes that they write smoothly and the erasers work well. They are comfortable to hold. I like that they come with plenty of extra lead so I don't have to worry about buying more any time soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pencils! They have a much nicer grip than other mechanical pencils we have used. I love that the eraser also has a cap on it since I tend to bite down on pens and pencils while I am doing things on the computer. The tip of the pencil retracts when you try to put it away and is less likely to get stuff stuck in it. The lead writes very smoothly and is really nice when it comes to bubbling in things. The lead even though is darker than others, it still cleanly erases easily.
My son was really excited about taking these to school to use rather than his "old" pencils from last year. The colors are bright which makes them even more attractive. We were able to write his name on them as well using a sharpie so hopefully they won't disappear so fast!

Pencils are nice but erasers could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I like the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. They are comfortable to use and I like the the lead comes with them to refill the pencils. The only issue we had using them was if you make a mistake the erasers don't erase neatly but make a big smudge on the paper. Maybe make some improvements to the erasers.

Better quality than others we have tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 school-aged children in my house and they were all excited to try these mechanical pencils. I was very happy with the quality of the lead and how they wrote on paper. The lead didn't break, and didn't squeak like some. Kids loved the look of them and my 9 and 11-year-olds liked the thickness of the lead. My teenager would have liked if the lead was .5 instead of .7. Overall, great quality and would suggest to anyone.
