Broken Lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently some kids just write really hard.. I cannot begin to tell you how many times during a homework session with my daughter and her friends that I heard the lead go pop pop. These kids must write with the force of bull in a china shop because while the pencils looked cool, they certainly couldn't hold up to the constant writing they were doing for math problems. I think I'll try the wooden pencils more

Love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are amazing. Wonderful to write with, fun colors, and a great eraser (which can be hard to find). Couple that with replacement erasers (also impossible to find once you use up the one that it came with) and replacement leads, and you have a great deal here. I like using them at work and my kids enjoy them at home.

The Write Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think my daughter was just excited to try these pencils as I was getting them. She's very picky about mechanical pencils and they didn't disappoint. She put them right in her bag to take to school after she tried one out. She loved the way they wrote and was thrilled they were refillable. They are definitely better than most mechanical pencils out there.

Smooth Writing Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Bic Velocity mechanical pencils to try. I decided to put the pencils anywhere I would usually use pens to force myself to use them regularly in different situations. At first I found myself breaking the lead frequently. But after continued use, I found that I no longer was breaking the lead. There are numerous benefits of these pencils. Such as, if the lead breaks, another lead smoothly transitions, you do not have to keep pushing on the pencil. Another thing I love about the pencils is the eraser. The eraser has a cap on it. I admit, it took a little getting used to, taking the lid off. But the eraser does a great job. I love the way the pencils write. As much as I have been writing, I still have not had to add more lead. I would recommend these pencils to anyone who uses pencils, not just students. I will purchase these pencils in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids an I are really liking the mechanical pencils. They have handed a few out too their friends at school who appreciate not having to constantly sharper pencils. My daughter swears the pink one writes best. Smooth pencil that is a joy to write with.

Loved my BIC Velocity Mechanicals Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best mechanical pencils we have used at our house, and I've tried a lot! They write very smoothly, and the lead is strong enough to not break off 5 times per page! They also erase very cleanly, not leaving behind mystery grey lines on the paper. I'm so happy my kids like using these and we aren't fighting over sharpening the old style. WE LOVED THEM!
