[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this are the best mechanical pencils by far. Tgey write clean and smooth the lead doesn't snap right off and the eraser cleans up nicely so you can fix your mistakes!!

Fantastic new mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids LOVE these new BIC velocity mechanical pencils. The cool colors let each child choose which color they want to claim: pink, red, green, yellow, blue. Five in each pack make it perfect to still have extras in the house for all your writing needs. The pencil grips helps keep little hand comfortable as they do ALL their school work. It's squishy as the kids say. The cap on the eraser gets thrown out as soon as they get their pencils because it's just in the way. These erasers on the tip erase cleanly so corrections are actually made verses having stray marks all over. To top off all the other great things about this pencil BIC provides extra #2 lead and erasers! Thank you so much Bic for the New velocity mechanical pencils. It helps make school more fun!

Smooth Writing

The bright colors help me color coordinate projects. They work well and have a great eraser. Lead refill is easy. Over all a great mechanical pencil that I not only like but recommend trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids just recently started back to school. I gave them the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils to use. At first they were reluctant to use mechanical pencils. They told me the other brands they tried in the past were very cheaply made and were flimsy, the lead would constantly break and the erasers would fall out. With the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils, they haven't had any problems! The lead doesn't break, the pencils are sturdy and quality made and comfortable to hold. My kids are impressed and now request that it's the only pencils we buy!
