A+ for looks and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think getting to test BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils has been so fun, I am doodling in note books and papers, I actually am a better doodler then I thought I was! In the past I stayed away from lead pencils since the lead broke so quickly, but this lead is very strong, and I love how well the eraser cleans up my mistakes and makes it look like nothing has ever been on the paper. My children have already claimed most of the BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils and are so excited to use them in the upcoming school year. They love how neatly they car write with these, and have promised me all their school work will be none perfectly with these new pencils. They think the colorful barrels make the pencils look cool, and different from all the other students so they will know which pencils belong to them. Overall, BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils are great looking, make school work fun, and anything that gets my kids excited about writing gets an A+ from me!

so much fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my kids are having loads of fun with BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils that I went out and bought them each of pack for school and there are 5 of them . They just love how great they write and how they don't break. They are using them for hours of fun that I don't want to end because its keeping them creative instead of in front of tv playing video games all day.

Cute pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave these to my 7th grader to start school with. She says they are cool colors and do what they are supposed to do. The lead still breaks as easy as other brands of mechanical pencils.....but these are cool to use!

Great mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are superior mechanical pencils to all others. I feel like I am writing with the smoothness of a ball point pin. My kids loved all the different colors to chose from. My only concern is the eraser. When I am erasing, it causes the lead to continue releasing. Then I had to push the lead back into the the pencil. This would not deter me from purchasing it. It is still the greatest mechanical pencil I've written with.

Great Writing Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these mechanical pencils (and so do I). They write so smoothly and the colors are fun. I love that the pack came with extra lead and erasers- a big plus. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because they are way to pricey.

Great for young artists

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 13 year old who loves mechanical pencils. I buy them by the package a few times a month. He loved them for writing but he loved them even more for drawing. The extra erasers in addition to the extra lead is my favorite part. These are his favorite pencils now, since he draws daily we will definitely be purchasing more.

My son is a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sent three of these pencils to school with my son. He said he loves them. He enjoys they way they feel in his hand... how well they write and was excited that the lead lasted a long time.
I am very excited to know he enjoys using these pencils because i know how much he will need to write as a freshman.
I would have to say these pencils by far out last the same ole number 2 pencils.
