Son loves these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils. The push down feature to release lead is easy to use and he also loves that they have a cap for the eraser to keep it in place. He hates traditional wood pencils so these pencils seem to work better for him since he is left handed. He also likes the different choice of colors.

Great Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils rock!!! Fun colors, comes with extra lead and erasers! And the lead itself is very strong, doesn't brake as easily as some other mechanical pencils I've tried. My kids are super excited to use them for school!!!

Kids Love them

I love how they came with erasers and extra lead and that they are so sturdy and don't brake easily as other mechanical pencils we have used in the past.

These Were A Big Hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid were so excited to use these once they discovered that they were not pens and in fact pencils! I heard things like cool and neato and awesome. I left each one pick their favorite color pencil and off they went to draw with them.
All of my kids really loved these mechanical pencils. My oldest daughter really liked how smooth they were whens she was drawing. My middle daughter liked the fact that she didn't have to press hard to erase and it erased completely without smudges. My youngest which is my son really liked them because they did not break from pressing too hard.
Since my kids loved them so much i actually gave one of them a try. I have to say i agree with my children but for different reasons. These seem to be a bit thicker than usual mechanical pens and it made it easier to grip. They were also much more comfortable to write with for an extended period of time. I was unable to break the point and the lead didnt go back in like some other brands. The eraser and lead really does erase clean and i there were not any little lead pieces laying around.
My kids and I also thought it was awesome that they come with eraser refills AND lead refills. Sometimes when the eraser is done for there is no point in keeping the pencil if you have to always hunt for an eraser. So overall everyone here loves these! These will be in my kids backpack with the start of the new school year as requested by my kiddos. They not only motivated my children to write but got me to try them out too!

Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pencils a lot. I ended up letting the girls at work have one and my son took one for his reports and asked me to buy more for school so I ended up with more of them. They are very smooth pencils and easy to hold on to.

My kids and I fight over these pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these pencils free from Buzz agent to try. I actually went and bought a pack after I tried them because they are wonderful! The grip area makes writing so very comfortable and reduces hand fatigue, and the leads are strong and very smooth. I have not broken any lead yet, and that is generally a common problem for me, as I am very heavy-handed when writing. The colors are absolutely beautiful, and my seven-year-old begged me to let him take a few of them to school to do his school work with. Of course, I let him... You have to share the Bic Love :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to receive these fun, colorful pencils from BzzAgent, though my daughters were not excited that I made them share a couple with me! :) They especially liked the colors, and the case with the extra lead and erasers. They liked it because it was "adorable." I liked it because one thing I usually do not enjoy about mechanical pencils is running out of eraser, so having extra is a great idea! I do think that the lid on the eraser is kind of silly. It just ends up in the trash at our house because having to take the lid off every time you erase is a pain, and it's small enough to be easily lost anyway. The eraser does works wonderfully though. Unfortunately, sometimes erasing causes more lead to come out, if you're erasing with force. This isn't a horrible problem, just slightly annoying. All three of us enjoy the way these pencils write and erase, and I already have plans to purchase more.
