Great Mechanical Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pencils. The best part is the fact that it has a thicker lead. Having thicker lead is good because you don't have to worry about them breaking every 2 seconds when you are writing and/or drawing something. Seems like you could be able to draw or write with these with ease. I did receive this product for free to review and to give my honest opinion about. #gotitfree #bicvelocity

Chunky, hefty, substantial pencils rule the classroom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids, 10 and 13, and I loved these pencils. The grips are chunky and strong, made us feel like we were using the expensive pencils! The erasers erase completely and the lead is smooth and dark.

Wonderful Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pencils. They do not feel thin and flimsy like some mechanical pencils. The lead is strong and does not break easily. The erasers are amazing. They actually erase and not just smear the lead around. My kids liked them a lot too. They had a lot less lead breakage than with other mechanical pencils.

Color Variety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were excited about seeing and using these cool looking mechanical pencils. From a boy's perspective, there was just one problem - the color selection. If I were to purchase a 5-pack of pencils, his selection was limited to just three due to the pink and purple. The only "boy" colors are blue & orange. He wished that there was a green or red. Another option would be to have a pack for girls and boys. This would allow more choices for both genders. From a cost perspective, this could possibly save money because the larger packs usually cost less per unit than the smaller packs. If you have gender neutral or gender specific colors, it would better suit most families.

Fun and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that these new velocity pencils are pretty cool. My son loves them, because he likes the outside color variety. It's nice because they'ree good colors for boys and girls, and if he decides he doesn't want to use the pink one, he can just trade with someone else. We werebothvery impressed to see how well the erasers erase. Most pencils, you have to really work to get rid of whatever you are trying to erase, but with these ones, it is so easy. Not only is it easy, but the erasers erase everything and don't leave anything behind!
