[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that they never need sharpening! They have great colors and write very smoothly. They erase easily and cleanly. These are perfect for older students that might take a lot of notes and tests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my son to use since I don't use pencils that often, but I did try them just so that I could make a full honest review. First thing about these pencils that my son feels is kind of a deal breaker if the pencil doesn't have this is the side click to extract more lead. He loves these kinds of pencils because with the standard pencils when you erase you might accidentally click it and lead comes out, with these you don't have to worry about that. He said they write about the same as any other #2 mechanical pencil but he did notice the lead didn't break as easy. I think they do the job great! I don't know if you will ever be able to replicate the gritty wood feeling of a standard #2 pencil but this does a really good job plus you don't have to sharpen it. I bought a whole bunch of these for school if that says anything :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Bic Velocity pencils. They have a nice smooth lead that leaves your writing flawless. The grip on them made sure I didn't end up with a sore finger after writing. I Will definitely be buying more in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my kids the pencils for school and they just love using them as Much as me! They were happy they did not need to go to the front of the class to sharpen their pencils! Also, they are happy they do not need to lug around extra pencils to school!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past 2-3 years my kids have preferred mechanical pencils only so that's all I buy. I've bought all different brands, usually whatever was on sale. I have to say, they were pretty impressed with these, specifically the strong leadership that doesn't easily break from writing too hard. They also liked that these come with lead and eraser refills. I also tried them myself and was impressed by how comfortable the grip is. This is definitely a brand we'll stick with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the new BIC Velocity mechanical pencils. They write so smooth and erase great. We use them more often than our regular pencils as they don't need to be sharpened and we have extra refills. The colors are fun too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils! I really love the fact they come with extra lead. My son likes them because they are darker than other mechanical Pencils. He also like the fact that the girls fight over the color they want to borrow. Really bright and cool!"
