[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils write smoothly and the lead can withhold even a "strong pressured" writer. The kids especially like that the pencils come with extra erasers! "That's so cool and useful!". We will absolutely recommend this product to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave both my kids a package to use (stole 1 for myself too) & they LOVE the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils!! They are so smooth to write with and the colors are fun. I was asked to get a bunch of them for the new school year. My daughter wants regular pencils replaced with these.

Cool tools for back-to-school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always loved mechanical pencils - and these are waaay cooler than any I ever had. Love the super bright colors. Besides the bright colors, these pencils have refillable lead (expected) but refillable erasers?!?! Beyond awesome. They write like a dream and erase cleanly.
My girls loved them immediately and I love anything that takes the sting out of starting another school year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact I was given 2 packs of these BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils as I use them daily at work and even sometimes over the weekend for a part-time job I have. My kids love mechanical pencils so they were also stoked to get their own pack to try out. I like the feel of the pencil and you don't have to press down so hard to get a good delivery. My only issue is, once the lead gets down to 3/4 through when you try to press the lead forward the lead continues to move so you lose the crisp look. I usually then just remove the smaller lead stick and start anew. It also does erase pretty well, but I usually forget to remove the plastic covering-DOH! Most mechanical pencils don't offer the cover for the eraser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my bzz kit in the mail my kids were super excited to try the pencils. Once I let them open them and start using them they are amazing my kids really love them. They can't wait for school to start so they can use them everyday.

I have used mechanical pencils for a long time I was really pleased with the bright colors of these pencils. The grip on the pencil is great for writing and taking notes it is so comfortable. The writing of the pencil is so smooth I am really pleased with these mechanical pencils.
