[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was extremely happy to try the new BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. She loved the bright colors that were offered in each pack. She was glad that it came with extra lead and it was the first pack we've ever seen that offered extra erasers. They wrote smoothly and dark enough to where you don't have to break lead by pressing down hard enough. They erased fantastic. They didn't smear. She is overall so happy and found herself a new favorite Mechanical Pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our house, any writing utensil is a hot commodity. With 3 kids and what i call my man-child (husband-hehe) when it comes to finding something to write with, I am usually stuck with using a crayon. These pencils are perfect that for the value that everyone in my house gets one. My daughter in high school loves them. My boys going into kindergarten and 1st grade feel like they are using "fancy"stuff like their big sister, and I am happy to have mine hid where no one else can get to it. . (lol) These pencils are smooth to write with and is perfect that the packs come with extra lead and erasers. I can't wait to get more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok before I can even start reviewing I had to hide the box because if my girls see thease they will surely fight over them, they come in very pretty colors. I have to split the up evenly between my three girls who all love mechanical pencils and refuse to use anything but them, but how to split 2 packs between 3 girls that is the problem hmmm, I know They will each get their favorite colors. Well now I can't wait to see how they like them, I will let you know more tomorrow

Not only do they love the colors, but they love how easy they are to hold. I love how smooth they write, yet the lead doesn't break as easily as other brands do. The extra erasers and lead is nice too...one can never have enough erasers!!

My kids always want "clickey" pencils to start school out so naturally they were very excited when my package arrived and it was the mechanical pencils. They loved the bright colors, how they feel in your hand (nice grip) and they come with extra lead and erasers. I am sure they will loose the eraser cover but it is a nice touch. The lead is sturdy but at the same time glides smoothly across your paper. It erases easily also.
