It was a gift for a friend that must stay on her back for a few weeks. She said she likes it and I could see that she had been using it. We both agreed that it was great to be able to fold it up.

I have tried many kinds of book holders/copy holders. This works great for everything from single sheets to large three-ring binders and from mass-market paperbacks to hardbacks. I even use it to prop up the newspaper in the morning! I just bought two more as after several years of use the clips at the bottom of my original set began to loosen (but still worked okay just not as well). So glad to find it in black and while the brand says Staples it is identical to the Ideal ones I purchased in the past. Bonus...it is strong but lightweight. Easy to add to a backpack or binder. I definitely recommend this.

Since going back to school I have a lot of papers to write. I kept having problems seeing what I needed to type while I was typing. This is the thing I needed to fix that problem. And at the price you can't lose.

bang for the buck for home use

Costs a lot less than other holders I saw and works just fine for my purposes. I use it to hold textbooks for MBA class reading & study. May not be durable enough for heavy business use but for the price I could not find better. Adjustability is limited but works for me.

The book rack is exactly what I was looking for. I like to read my Bible while I eat my meals. The rack is adjustable and it holds a fairly good-sized book plus it has small tabs to hold the pages in place. It's perfect for me.
