save your neck while you study

Just what I needed

this was just what I needed to hold upright a loose leaf notebook of music on the table while I played guitar. I didn't want to spend a lot wanted something adjustable and best of all could be stored right in my 3 ring binder. It holds a 1 1/2 inch thick binder fine - it is plastic so be somewhat careful and this will fit the bill - just what I needed.

Not for 3ring binders

Used it to hold a 2" 3-ring binder while invoicing customers.Ledge where binder rests is supported by plastic hinges that did not hold up long under weight of binder.Used reinforced packing tape to hold it up so I could get a little more use out of the relatively high price I paid for this plastic.Concept is great for productivity but value is terrible for my use.

This product takes some of the strain of my neck and some of the load off of my struggling and straining to get my reading assignments completed. [...]Staples BookLift Copy and Book Holder is worth ten times more than I paid for it. I am so truly a satisfied customer and will recommend this product to family friends and classmates.

Broke Within an Hour

As a software developer I study books frequently. A book stand seemed like a good idea to help me read and type at the same time. Unfortunately this book stand broke less than an hour after I started using it. Amazingly poor quality. I'm not sure how it has good reviews.

GET A FEW

These are dandy little items to have. I have one on my desk (home office); one on the table where I read and one in a notebook (they are conveinently 3 hole punched for easy carry. great at the library. Great when reading/note taking at a restaurant At [$]they are a bit flimsy but not terribly so. Handles big books. I also use clips to hold larger books open because the little stays at the bottom sometimes can't handle them.. all in all pretty nice.

Very Economical Book Holder!

This book holder is a great alternative to the $50+ book holders. When I bought it for law school I was skeptical that it would be able to hold my books but it gets the job done! And it's very affordable even if it does break I can get a new one for less than one of the expensive ones.
