The book stand works great for all of my medical school books. I have some big books and it holds them up just fine. It is only [$] so I didn't expect anything amazing but it has worked better than I thought it would. It isn't designed to take abnormal abuse. Just set it up put your book on it and read. If you only do that then it should work well.

I use it to hold my schools on while typing. I like it because it can be folded up and easily carried with you. I also like how it slants to make it easier to see the books. I wish the adjustable part was designed just a little better to where it wouldn't pop in and out of place. Over all I like it.
