I purchased this item for my husband as a Christmas present. He is a PhD student and always has a book propped open with something. As a result I ordered this for him. He absolutely loves it. He loves how lightweight and durable it is as well as its ability to collapse down for easy transportation. He plans on ordering a second one soon. Thanks!

The copyholder was broken when we opened the box. Upon closer inspection the construction appeared to be of cheap materials.

The right stand!

I have been looking for this type of book stand for the past several months and found it at Staples! I originally wanted to utilize this for several notrbooks I wanted to type into a word document but found it extremely useful in my kitchen as well for my cookbooks! The adjustable stand in the back made this stand work for both situations very well. I also like the adjustable holders for the pages on the front which kept each page in place. I am sure I will find other uses for this reasonably priced tool.

im afraid of throwing this in my backpack because it might break. Had to buy because this was the only small book stand staples had and it can fold up so i can put it away in my drawer.

I needed a stand to hold my 545 page medical assisting text book and documents while I am at my computer and this stand works perfect. I don't have to twist my head all around and prevents strain on my neck. The only issue is it slides because of the texture of my desk so I put a hand towel under it and the solved the problem. It's been over 3 months and still no issues
