The angle is not quite right and it is made of cheap plastic. I used a coupon and purchased the item for around 5.00...which is about what it is worth.

I've had this stand for about a week now I use it daily and I have no complaints so far. It has helped relieve the strain on my neck from previously constantly looking down to read my books. Initially I was concerned my books may have been too heavy for this stand considering it is plastic but so far I have been proven wrong and it's doing wonderful. It seems pretty sturdy although once I set it up I'm not putting any other pressure or weight on it besides an occasional in-book highlight or annotation. Would and already have definitely recommend
