It does what it is intended to. I like that it supports a book/document on a ledge and allows the slant to be adjusted for comfortable reading. I also use it to support my crossword puzzles so my neck doesn't beome stiff - love it.

This suited my needs perfectly. I’m teaching over Zoom and this holds my materials and the angle adjusts to suit my needs. I needed a stand where the page holders can be folded down so I can use it for a binder. This has that feature. Really for being as adjustable as it is and a few other nice little features this is great for the price. When it arrived and my wife (also and educator) saw it she ordered one for herself. It may not be the sturdiest bookstand but it’s sturdy enough and again the price!

I bought this as a proper weighted copy holder is not available anywhere. This plastic fold up device actually works quite well even though it is in LANSCAPE mode My pile of accounting does not fall off.
