I put about 16 file folders in the cady with no overcrowding. It could hold a few more with no problem. Could have used a few more of the hanging folders than the 5 included.

I really like this little file keeper. Makes it nice to organize the area around the printer where I was keeping different forms and documents. It's slim and sturdy and fits just about anywhere.
