I would call it a "Desk Top File Caddy"

Check to see if the labels are inside of the container. The labels were missing from one of the file caddies I purchased.

I use this file holder for frequently used forms. I keep it on my desk for quick easy access so I do not have to go to the file cabinet nearly as often.

I bought this file caddy to organize the important papers that were cluttering my desk at home (bills receipts statements etc...). I like it because its thin and lightweight.

Great Organizer

I will be using these for my tax files; I have a small tax business and it's great for amended and problem files as well as a great organizer. It get's things off the self and into a nice hanging file. They fit very easily on my book case and desk top.
