Works well with one exception

Good product with one exception. The ends of the holder are open allowing papers in the folders to fall out the ends. Used a large rubber band to wrap entire holder to hold papers inside folders.

The sides should be completely closed because folders and papers get caught on the bottom strip there. Otherwise functional.
