Works well with one exception

Good product with one exception. The ends of the holder are open allowing papers in the folders to fall out the ends. Used a large rubber band to wrap entire holder to hold papers inside folders.

To much flair

I use these units to organize hanging files inside my file cabinet by year. Because of the flair at the top and their height these units do fit inside a file cabinet. Luckily I was able to trade with my wife for some units which had straight sides and were not as high.

Organization at your fingertips

I find this file organizer and excellent way of placing my matereials for daily lessons at my fingertips within a second's reach. I have 30 1st graders and limited space. I have screwed the files just below my whiteboard and placed my main text and handouts for each days lessons in them. I don't have to hunt or wonder where to find or place materials I need now! Within reach I have a place for my handouts to retrival and for use immediately!
