Great for organizing!!

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I handle the mail at our house and since we had some changes in our household the mail was piling up. I needed something to help with the piles of mail organizing the junk mail from the bills and this did the trick! :-) Now every day when the mail comes for us my sister my parents and my grandmother....I just get my file caddy and sort through the mail. It's a great time saver too. I can simply go through file the bills shread the junk and then the mail is at my fingertips when I do the online bills and manual bills. It would be great for Mom's who have to keep track of kids events and schedules offices sales people who are on the road to track clients. I can't tell you how much this has made things so much easier!!! I'm thinking of buying another one to organize medical bills EOBs and other things. The uses are endless!!!

This produce is for light filing use. Some multi-colored hanging folders and tabs come with the item; you can always purchase some more. You can easily move this small caddy to where you need it. It doesn't however have a cover.

I use this on my desk to eliminate piles of paper and keep my day and calendar organized. I have a To Do file To Pay To Decide To Read and Calendar items files.

This got the papers and bills spread out on my kitchen table into a vertical portable file. It can stay on my table and still look organized or I can grad it and take it to another room when company comes in the door. I recommend it.
