We have application where a few files or objects need to be organized and stored by the person using them so a central file cabinet would not be effecient. The file caddy is the perfect size for a few files and is easy to store out of the way yet right at hand.

This is quite handy for organizing papers to take home to grade. Fits nicely in a tote which is what I was looking for. It is lightweight so it doesn't add extra weight to my bag when I take it home. Now I can keep everything organized by class which is nice. Only thing was it was a little expensive for what it is 5 folders and a little plastic.
