Helpful Pad with Minor Drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples Ultra Sticky Wall Easel Pad is a helpful tool for organizing and displaying lists in a home or classroom setting. I appreciated the generous size of each sheet which made it easy to write out lists for my children—such as items to pack for vacation or a countdown to summer break—and stick them to the playroom wall. However there are a few areas where the product could be improved. The top portion of each sheet where the adhesive once was is not ideal for writing. Markers tend to skip or come off in that area limiting the usable writing space. Additionally the pad contains only 20 sheets which is fewer than I expected. The cardboard backing could also be sturdier for better support when writing without a table. Lastly I would have preferred lined pages to help keep handwriting neat and organized. Overall it’s a functional product with great potential but a few enhancements would make it even better.

Excellent for lists and brainstorming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easel pads are perfectly sized for ease of use without taking up the whole wall. The quality is excellent and my family has been able to use them for making important travel lists brainstorming ideas and working through difficult homework problems. I also put one in my workshop to keep track of my project lists. They are so useful to have in several locations in the house. We have one in the kitchen entrance to the hallway kids’ bedroom and my workshop. My wife and I are visual thinkers and having these easels has helped greatly with family and work organization. Highly recommend!

Great mess free solution to arts and crafts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultra Sticky Wall Easy Pad from Staples is a game changer for those who love doing arts and crafts with their kids but hate the mess. I struggled to find a product that would stay in place while my kids colored painted or stamped. These decently-sized and impressively sticky sheets stay put and I can hang place them on any wall or on the table and let their creativity run wild. We used stamps crayons and markers and there was no bleeding through as advertised. It’s also nice that a handle is included to move it around easily. I do wish there was some sort of cover sheet on the front though so the pages don’t get ruined or wrinkled in storage. I also noticed that while there is a perforation to make it easy to tear off each page it does rip easily if you’re not careful which can ruin part of the adhesive. The easel pad would be great for daycares play centers or families with two or more young children to accommodate multiple children at once without needing any other equipment for arts and crafts. I actually recommended them to my son’s daycare teacher and she was excited to use them. These sheets really hold up to both strength in staying in place and preventing any mess from bleeding through and I will definitely be using these for my kid’s crafts.

Handy giant sticky note pads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these giant sticky note pads for a week or so now and they have proven to be very useful. I used a pad for doing some work meetings and process mapping in my home office. The large size allows for a great visual and easy to write on I use like a whiteboard substitute. I will say that you should use a thicker marker to really make the writing pop. I also gave a pad to my 4 yr old to color on and she also loves it. It’s easy to display her art and swap it out with new ones without worrying about how to hang it up the sticky part is perfect to stick on walls or doors and no issues with paint removal. I like the size of these and the thickness of the paper they are also easy to carry with hr handle if I need to move them to the work office location. I would buy these again they are a valuable work tool and a fun play tool too!

Do it all with these easel pads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a farmer and we ended up using these easel pads for explaining to new help how to operate equipment they were unfamiliar with. I thought the pads were just the right size for a small group (3-7) of people to be able to share and still see clearly. They were really well made not too heavy but not flimsy either. My favorite feature of these was the sticky pad so I could use them anywhere. They tore nice from the pile. Overall I was extremely impressed with the quality and utility. Even my kids got in the action and during a rainy Saturday colored and drew one one on my patio door.

Great large easel pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easel pads are great and would highly recommend! I used them for my two young children to do some larger format coloring and drawing on. I stuck them to the wall at my kids appropriate height and they held up to numerous page tears and little hands grabbing them. The size was great and allowed my kids imagination to run wild. They only used colored pencils crayons and washable markers and the ink didn't bleed onto the next page. I don't know if a permanent marker will bleed through. I was also thinking that there would be a great addition to any classroom setting. With the large size and versatility teachers could use them as a great learning tool.

Great for a homeschooling family

These easel pads have become a staple in our morning message routine helping our middle child learn to read and write. The size is just right and the ease from getting from one page to the next is very helpful. Once we run out we will be purchasing again!

A hit with my girls

They both love to draw and color but we have quickly made it through every coloring book in the house. The size of these are perfect for them to be able to draw on the same page ant the same time and the number of pages is perfect to entertain them for weeks or months to come. The sticky feature is helpful to allow them to color and not take space up on the floor. Plus it gives them the satisfaction of drawing on the walls without actually drawing on the wall :)
