Nice product But

I have been using these caddies for a couple of years and the command strips always do a wonderful job adhering to the tile in my shower. However the clips on the mounting bases keep breaking. Are replacement mounting bases available? I have already purchased three caddies because I cannot find the bases.

FAIL!

Installed it last week per instructions. Second shower with my shampoo and bod wash in it and it fell off the wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked OK until it didn't

This worked well, until it didn't. Gently bumped the caddy the other day and it completely fell off, unfortunately the tabs holding the caddy up broke in the process. Have looked for replacement tabs to re-hang but cannot find them anywhere! The caddy itself is in OK shape but useless if I can't hang it again. This product is just another piece of plastic that will fill up the landfills, would not recommend. There needs to be availability to replace just the tabs since they are so flimsy. Without the availability of replacement tabs this is not worth the hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for bath items

I bought 3 of the Shower Caddies for my bathrooms. They are a great product and have used them for several years now and they have held up really well. I had to remove them from the walls because I am remodeling and the mounting brackets broke when I removed them from the shower walls. I would like to replace the mounting brackets because the caddies are still in excellent shape. I don't like waste so really want to reuse the product but cannot find the mounting brackets to purchase separately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

works great but don't take it down ever!

this works great and holds on to the wall way better than any suction cup style I have tried. I took stars off since taking it off to clean the wall behind it and one of the support clips broke. I am sure it wont hold well with less clips. I have looked in several stores that sell this item and nobody sells replacement clips for this only the basic Command ones for hooks. Not even this website!! we need this replacement part available!!

Shower Caddy is a Waste of Time/Money

I want like a refund! I was excited to try this product after success with simple 3M Command hook products for hanging light weight items on the wall around the house.
I followed the instructions: (From memory) clean shower tile area with alcohol, attach strips to clips on caddy, press caddy against wall, remove caddy from clips, hold the individual strips firmly against the wall for 30+ seconds each, and wait 24+ hours before reinstalling caddy and adding items to it.
The strips failed two times (I bought replacement strips and tried again) both during the first shower. The first time it came crashing down and almost landed on my feet. The second time, I saw it coming (slowly peeling away from the wall) so I took it down before the inevitable crash landing. I did not overload the caddy and I never touched or bumped it, put extra weight on it by using a pump bottle, nothing of the sort. As another person mentioned, the strips have zero stickiness after exposure to water. It's not like the water was hitting the wall, the caddy was out of the way.
Good concept, but extremely disappointing product execution. I do not recommend Command products for outdoor use or anywhere near water/steam exposure.
